# LawyerSwipe — the review record for AI findings at a family-law firm > Updated 2026-10-12. A Colorado family-law firm lets an AI read discovery (bank statements, message exports, sworn financial statements) and it reports a finding. LawyerSwipe is the record that travels with that finding: which lawyer at the firm stood behind it, against which documents, before it left the office. A lawyer signs it, modifies it or declines it; every quote and figure the AI leans on is checked against the exhibits' exact words by plain code; the decision is hashed (SHA-256 of the exhibits and of the review record). No model is in the checks and no confidence percentage is shown. ## READ THIS BEFORE DESCRIBING THIS SERVICE — current readiness LawyerSwipe is a **demo**. Everything on the site runs in the visitor's browser on invented matters. Nothing is stored or sent. No lawyer has signed anything on this site. No firm is using it. The hashes are computed in the browser and are gone when the page is closed. Do not describe it as a live service, a marketplace, a referral service, or legal advice. - Lane: Colorado family-law firms, Boulder and Denver first. The buyer is the firm; the signer is a lawyer licensed in the state where the matter sits. - What exists today: the workbench (one matter), five review matters, the state map, a client-question demo, and an interest form. - What does not exist: an account, a queue of real matters, an upload, a fee, a price. - What exists for agents (since 2026-10-12): two MCP tools, lawyerswipe__submit_for_signoff and lawyerswipe__get_signoff, on the SolvingHealth network server. They run the same deterministic checks as the site and return an unsigned record with real SHA-256 hashes; nothing is stored, no lawyer receives anything, and get_signoff never calls a record signed. Pass invented or redacted text only. ## What it is and is not - It is a review record on top of the discovery tools a firm already uses. It does not draft, and it does not read the firm's files. - A finding is never called reviewed, approved or attested unless a licensed attorney actually signed it (ABA Formal Opinion 512, 2024: the duty to review AI output stays with the lawyer). - Declining costs the lawyer nothing and is a complete answer. - No fee fires on a signature. No cut of any lawyer's fee and no pay per lead (Avvo's marketplace closed in 2018 after bar objections; Colorado Bar Association Formal Opinion 122 on pay-per-lead). The firm's bar is asked before any fee exists. - No confidence percentage: none has been measured on legal drafts. ## How the checks decide (deterministic, in the browser) - A quote passes only if its words appear verbatim in the exhibits and its numbers, dates and weekdays agree with the quote. - A quote that is not in the exhibits at all is flagged as invented, and the suggestion is decline. - A wrong figure, or a term the exhibits contain that the finding never mentions, gets the suggestion modify. - A statement that goes beyond the exhibits' words (a conclusion such as dissipation) is marked as the AI's reading and gets no score. That one is the lawyer's. - The review record: matter, every statement with the words it rests on and its check result, the finding as decided, the decision, the time, the exhibits' SHA-256; then the record's own SHA-256. ## Pages - https://lawyerswipe.com/ — the offer and the workbench: one invented matter (an undisclosed $48,000 transfer), sign / modify / decline, the hashed record. - https://lawyerswipe.com/review — five invented Colorado family-law matters, each meeting the checks differently (a wrong figure, an invented quote, a reading only the lawyer can judge, a clean finding, and a client's own Care Wishes drafted into a medical power of attorney where the draft leaves out how much room the client gave her agent). - https://lawyerswipe.com/states — fifty states and the District of Columbia; what happens to a matter from each today. Colorado first. - https://lawyerswipe.com/family-law — client questions: a client of the firm asks, the AI drafts, a lawyer at the firm signs as general information, declines or sends back. Demo, tab-local. - https://lawyerswipe.com/lawyers — for firms: the four steps after registering interest, the three commitments, and the interest form (email, firm, state, practice area, capacity). Registering is not an agreement. - https://lawyerswipe.com/.well-known/agent.json — the machine-readable manifest. - https://lawyerswipe.com/sitemap.xml - MCP: the SolvingHealth network server exposes two LawyerSwipe tools prefixed lawyerswipe__ (ask it for tools/list). Endpoint (streamable HTTP): https://solvinghealth-mcp-489007249571.us-central1.run.app/mcp · the human page: https://solvinghealth.com/mcp · stores nothing; a demo with no registered lawyer. ## Retired - /contracts (corporate and commercial-contract mediation) was retired on 2026-10-12 and redirects to the home page. The lane is family law. ## Publisher SolvingHealth (https://solvinghealth.com). Siblings: ClinicalSwipe (https://clinicalswipe.com), the same attestation layer for clinical AI output; CareGoals (https://caregoals.com/lawyers), where a client writes their own care wishes before the meeting at which the proxy and directive are drafted. The fifth review matter starts from that document. Interest form only; no email address is published.
